Agent Points Program

In order to be eligible, you must take at least 150 texts in a month.

· You will receive 10 points if you meet the Accuracy metric.

· If you meet the Accuracy metric, you will receive 10 points for meeting the Completeness metric.

· If you meet both Accuracy and Completeness metrics, you will receive 10 points for meeting the Extended metric.

· You will also receive 5 points for each of the additional metrics you meet each month (TTA, No Charge, ACL, Request Help, Dismiss & RTQ)

· If an Agent meets all metrics in a month, they will receive 10 bonus points for that month.

· A total of 70 points per month is possible.

· Op Choice Winners each month will win an extra 25 points.

How Do I Redeem Points?:

Include the item(s) you wish to purchase in the body of your email.

We will reply with instructions on how to receive your items.

Accumulated points are only valid within the present year. Only Agents with active kgb logins may claim items from the Agent Points Store. All points are forfeited upon conclusion of Agent’s services from the company.

Once the maximum points of 300 is reached, you are given 30 days to redeem your prizes. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of all earned points.
